How long until I see signal?

Individual signals start firing within minutes of connecting, because the first connect backfills your last 30 days of traces. Cross-session views like cohorts and version comparisons stabilize once you have a few hundred sessions per cohort.

There are two horizons. The first is immediate: on connect, Flowlines backfills 30 days of history and scores it against the signal registry, so you see hallucination, cascade_failure, user_frustration, and the rest firing on real sessions within minutes.

The second is statistical. Cohort breakdowns (happy / at-risk / churning) and before/after version comparisons need volume to be trustworthy. A few hundred sessions per cohort is usually enough for the deltas to mean something rather than read as noise.
