Who we are

Flowlines SAS (RCS Nanterre, registered office in Boulogne-Billancourt, France) operates flowlines.ai and the Flowlines product. For any privacy question, contact alex@flowlines.ai.

What we collect on this site

When you request access we collect the details you submit (name, work email, company, and what you tell us about your agent). We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data.

Product data

When you connect Flowlines to your trace store, we process the traces you authorize us to read in order to compute your signals, cohorts, and version analytics. We do not use your data to train shared models. See the Security page for details.

Where data lives

Data is encrypted at rest and hosted in the region you select, with EU hosting by default.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email alex@flowlines.ai and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.

We'll update this page as the product and our practices evolve, and note the date of the last material change.
