How Flowlines handles website and product data.

Who we are

Flowlines SAS (RCS Nanterre, registered office in Boulogne-Billancourt, France) operates flowlines.ai and the Flowlines product. For any privacy question, contact alex@flowlines.ai.

What we collect on this site

We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand page use and conversion events. PostHog is configured without browser persistence, automatic interaction capture or session replay. We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs sent to PostHog. These providers may process page paths, referrers, browser or device metadata, and standard network data needed to deliver the service. The booking page embeds Calendly. If you use it, Calendly processes the scheduling details you choose to submit under its own privacy terms, and Flowlines receives the information needed to arrange the meeting. If you choose to discuss a signal, its note is stored only in the current browser tab for up to one hour and can be cleared on the booking page. We do not send that note to analytics or automatically submit it to Calendly. We do not sell personal data.

Product data

When you connect Flowlines to a supported source, we process the traces you authorize to surface issues, users, intents, groups, sessions and MCP journeys. Depending on your telemetry, this can include prompts, model outputs, tool arguments, client-visible tool results and identifiers. Review the export boundary before connecting a source.

Hosting and retention

Hosting region, retention, subprocessors and contractual controls should be confirmed with the Flowlines team for your deployment. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email alex@flowlines.ai and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.

We will update this page as the product and our practices evolve, and note the date of the last material change.

Onboarding and company-visit analytics

Updated September 25, 2026. The Use with button loads a Flowlines-hosted onboarding component. When you use it, it records interaction events, the selected destination, an event identifier, and a page-source label so we can measure onboarding. The source label excludes query strings and fragments. This interaction tracking is enabled without a consent prompt in the current website configuration. On our production domain, we also load Leadfeeder (Dealfront) to understand visits from companies and support business outreach. Leadfeeder processes website-visit and network information according to its service configuration. These services are separate from the production telemetry you choose to connect to Flowlines.
