Your traces, handled carefully
Flowlines is infrastructure for teams running agents in production, so how we treat your data matters as much as what we show you. Here's the short version.
We read what you already store.
Flowlines connects to your existing trace store (Langfuse, Helicone, Arize, or an OTEL pipeline) and reads from it. There's no SDK in your agent's hot path and no second copy of your prompts living somewhere new by default.
Encrypted, in the region you choose.
Anything Flowlines stores is encrypted at rest. EU-hosted infrastructure by default, which is a deliberate positioning choice for European teams with data-residency requirements.
We don't train on your data.
Your traces are used to compute your signals, cohorts, and version comparisons. They are not used to train shared or foundation models.
Scoped, revocable connections.
Connections are read-scoped and revocable. Removing Flowlines is deleting a connection, not unwinding an SDK from your codebase.
